The Comprehensive Plan for Saugerties Village and Town was adopted in December of 1999 which detailed future land use and zoning laws. Its purpose was to guide future development in order to maintain, preserve and foster the community in which we live.
Town and Village of Saugerties Comprehensive Plan “provides a legal basis for the specific land use regulations and other local government functions which govern the structure of the community in the future.”
