What’s at Risk?

The Partition Street Project is being built on the former Cantine Mill property [aka Barclays Dam]. Back in 1985 Saugerties Village government recognized the potential of the 7 acres that borders the lower Esopus Creek and at its center the magnificent dam which was constructed to help fuel the industrial revolution.
